How do I get my photos to you? - After you place your order, email your photos to jill@noteworthymemos.com
- Be sure to attach the full-sized file of your photo to insure the
best quality
- We will contact you when your photos have been received
- We will contact you if we need any further clarification
When can I expect my notepads? - You will receive your orders within two weeks
- During
the holiday season orders may take longer
- We will
be in contact with you when your order has shipped
Can I use a photo that is not digital? - You absolutely can use a photo that is not digital
- Printed photos, antique photos and all sorts of artwork can be used
- Email us for details
Can you help me with selecting my photos? - We can absolutely help you with your photo selection
- We are also happy to offer advice on how to best crop your photos
- We will let you know if we doubt the quality of your photo
- Images around or above 100kb typically work best
Can I place the photo on the bottom of the notepad? - Yes, photos can be placed on the bottom of the notepad
- Special instructions should be included in your email
