How do I get my photos to you?

• After you place your order, email your photos to jill@noteworthymemos.com
• Be sure to attach the full-sized file of your photo to insure the best quality
• We will contact you when your photos have been received
• We will contact you if we need any further clarification

When can I expect my notepads?

• You will receive your orders within two weeks
  
• During the holiday season orders may take longer
• We will be in contact with you when your order has shipped 

Can I use a photo that is not digital?

• You absolutely can use a photo that is not digital 
  
• Printed photos, antique photos and all sorts of artwork can be used

Can you help me with selecting my photos?

• We can absolutely help you with your photo selection
• We are also happy to offer advice on how to best crop your photos
• We will let you know if we doubt the quality of your photo
• Images around or above 100kb typically work best

Can I place the photo on the bottom of the notepad?

• Yes, photos can be placed on the bottom of the notepad
• Special instructions should be included in your email
